The Commission on Theology and Inter-Church Relations (CTICR)
The Commission on Theology and Inter-Church Relations (CTICR) has
the task of providing leadership in the church in the whole area
of theology and relationships with other churches. It does this
by focusing on particular current issues of theological concern
to the church, by considering and promoting various aspects of our
relations with other churches or with organisations within the Christian
church, and by preparing statements and giving advice to the church,
the General Church Council, and pastors and; conferences, as the
need arises.
Standing and ad hoc committees study particular questions and report
to full meetings of the CTICR. It has been particularly active in
the area of theological dialogue with other churches.
