The Board for Lutheran Aged Care Australia acts as an advisory body whose main aim is to give guidance, as an agency of the LCA, in the development and coordination of the ministry to the ageing and the provision of aged care. To that end, the Board will develop concrete policies, proposals and opportunities for all Lutheran Aged Care facilities. This will result in benefits in various areas such as pastoral care, staff training and recruitment, LLL loans benefits and the general sharing and networking of resources at the national level and from a national perspective.
